After you place your order, our warehouse team in Kyiv gets right to work, ensuring your package is ready for shipment within 1-5 business days. We’ll send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as it’s dispatched, so you can monitor its progress to your doorstep. Please note that tracking updates may take up to a day to appear in the courier's system.

For our US customers:

- DHL Express: Enjoy a rapid delivery experience with DHL Express, typically within 7 to 8 business days, including potential customs delays, available at a new flat rate of 25 USD.

- Nova Global: Choose our shipping option with Nova Global, featuring express delivery times of 7 to 8 business days and the convenience of local US carriers for final delivery, available at a flat rate of 15 USD. Track your delivery here. 

For our European customers:

- DHL Express: Enjoy a fixed cost of 25 EUR with swift delivery times of 7 to 8 business days from dispatch. Known for their reliability and efficiency, DHL ensures your package is handled with care and speed, making it an excellent choice for urgent deliveries.

- Nova Global: Discover the ideal blend of value and convenience, with rates ranging from 10 to 15 EUR depending on the size of your order, and delivery times also within 7 to 8 business days, directly to your address.

For our customers in other parts of the world, rest assured, we utilize the same reliable shipping services. For precise shipping costs and details tailored to your order size and delivery address, please proceed to the checkout page.

Please be aware that while taxes and duties are typically not charged to the recipient in the US, customers in Europe and other regions may be subject to such charges depending on local customs regulations. As the sender, we are unable to calculate these potential costs for each individual case, they will be determined and collected by your local customs authorities upon delivery of your package.
