Returns & Exchange

For All Customers:

To initiate a return or exchange for your product(s), please notify us within 14 days of receiving your item. You can do this by sending an email to hello@aveclo.com with your order information and indicating whether you're requesting a refund or an exchange.

Once we receive your return request, we'll send you a confirmation email acknowledging that we've received it and that it's being processed. Please make sure to include your order number in all communication with us.

After notifying us of your return, please send the product(s) back to us as soon as possible. All returns should be sent to the original place of dispatch, which is in Kyiv, Ukraine. Please note, the cost of returning the item(s) is the responsibility of the customer.

Please keep in mind that the product(s) must not have been materially used or worn to be eligible for a return. Additionally, any duties, shipping, and return fees are non-refundable.

We're excited to announce an enhanced returns and exchange process for our American customers. Now, you can easily send returns directly to our warehouse in New York, making the process much more straightforward and faster.

How to make a return or exchange:

1. Notifying us of a return: If you wish to return or exchange a product, please inform us within 14 days of receiving your item. You can do this by emailing hello@aveclo.com with your order information and indicating whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange. Please include your order number in all communications.

2. Please send the product to the following address:

Feel free to use any courier service that suits you best. Note that the cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
