Thank you for choosing Aveclo! We’re excited to guide you through our straightforward delivery process from our Kyiv hub to your home, no matter if you’re in the US, Europe, or elsewhere.
After you place your order, our warehouse team in Kyiv promptly prepares your package for shipment within 1-5 business days. Once it’s dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor its journey to your doorstep. Please allow up to one day for tracking updates to appear in the courier’s system.
We offer two shipping options worldwide:
— Standard Shipping: free for all orders, with an estimated delivery time of 8-10 business days.
— Priority Shipping: available for $30, with a faster delivery time of 2-4 business days.
For our US customers: due to recent updates to US import duty regulations, some international parcels may now require additional customs charges upon entry. However, we want to reassure you that Aveclo fully covers these costs on our side. This means you won’t be asked to pay anything extra upon delivery, and your shipping experience remains completely free and seamless, just as before.
For customers in Europe and other regions: depending on local customs regulations, additional taxes and duties may apply. These charges, if any, are determined by your local customs authorities and collected upon delivery. Unfortunately, we’re unable to calculate these potential costs in advance.
